1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customer order dispatch hone se pehle cancellation request kar sakta hai
Dispatch hone ke baad order cancel karna allowed nahi hota
Cancellation request sirf registered email ya customer support ke through hi accept hogi
📌 Cancellation approval order status par depend karta hai.
2. Non-Cancellable Orders
Neeche diye gaye orders cancel nahi kiye ja sakte:
Dispatch ho chuke orders
Customized ya special-order products
Bulk orders (commercial quantity mein)
3. Refund After Cancellation
Agar order successfully cancel ho jata hai, to refund original payment method mein process hoga
Refund process hone mein 5–7 working days lag sakte hain
Payment gateway charges (agar applicable ho) non-refundable ho sakte hain
4. Cancellation by Mahant Construction
Mahant Construction ko right hai ki wo order cancel kar sake agar:
Product out of stock ho
Pricing ya technical error ho
Payment verification fail ho
Unavoidable circumstances (natural disaster, transport issue, etc.)
Aise case mein customer ko full refund diya jayega (agar payment already received ho).
5. Impact on Return & Replacement
Cancellation dispatch ke baad allowed nahi hota
Dispatch ke baad sirf Return & Replacement Policy ke under hi cases handle kiye jayenge (damaged/wrong product)
6. Company Rights
Mahant Construction reserve karta hai right:
Kisi bhi cancellation request ko accept ya reject karne ka
Policy ko bina prior notice update karne ka
Company ka decision final aur binding hoga.
