1. Return Policy
Construction materials nature mein heavy aur bulk hote hain, isliye return limited cases mein hi allowed hota hai.
Return sirf tab accept kiya jayega jab:
Product damaged condition mein deliver hua ho
Galat product deliver kiya gaya ho
Quantity ya product order se match na karta ho
👉 Delivery ke 24 hours ke andar customer ko complaint raise karni hogi, proof ke saath (photos/video).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Neeche diye gaye products normally returnable nahi hote:
Cement bags (agar seal broken ho)
Sand (balu), gitti, aggregate
Customized / special order products
Used ya partially used material
3. Refund Policy
Agar return approve hota hai, to refund original payment method mein kiya jayega
Refund amount product price ke hisaab se hoga (delivery charges non-refundable ho sakte hain)
Refund process hone mein 5–7 working days lag sakte hain
4. Cancellation Policy
Order dispatch hone se pehle cancellation allowed ho sakta hai
Dispatch hone ke baad order cancel nahi kiya ja sakta
Special ya bulk orders cancel nahi kiye ja sakte
5. Damaged Product Policy
Agar product damaged ya broken condition mein deliver hota hai:
Delivery ke time turant inform karein
Photos ya video proof mandatory hai
Verification ke baad replacement ya refund process kiya jayega
6. Exchange Policy
Exchange sirf damaged ya wrong product ke case mein allowed hai
Stock availability ke basis par exchange diya jayega
7. Mode of Refund
Refund in modes ke through kiya ja sakta hai:

Net Banking
Original Payment Method
Cash refund normally allowed nahi hota.
8. Company Rights
Mahant Construction reserve karta hai right:
Return ya refund request reject karne ka
Policy ko bina prior notice update karne ka
Final decision company management ka hoga.
